OUR STORY

Latin Link Podcast was a project that was started by Ernesto Possi and Enrique Zavala Rocha. First, a thought that seemed hard to accomplished, and after much time Latino Link Podcast as created in early 2023.

The initial idea of the podcast was not clear, nor was it clear that a podcast was what was need. In early 2023 the Latino Link Podcast started. While Ernesto and Enrique both have a full time job, creating this project was very important. And after much wait, effort and time, in 2024 Latino Link Podcast aired.

  • ERNESTO POSSI

    Ernesto Possi began his career in the world of radio at the young age of 18 in a quaint town in northern Argentina. From the very beginning, he demonstrated a deep interest and passion for the media industry.

    His initial foray into radio saw him taking on roles as a radio announcer and sound technician at a local station. During this time, he learned the intricacies of radio production and became a versatile professional in the field. His voice resonated on the airwaves, and his ability to handle sound equipment ensured that programs were broadcast seamlessly, providing a high-quality listening experience to the audience.

    ​As time went on, Ernesto decided to broaden his horizons and embarked on a new phase of his career by joining a recording studio dedicated to producing content for radio and television. Here, he played a crucial role in creating advertisements, programs, and other media content. His previous radio experience provided him with valuable insights and technical skills that translated into exceptional work in the studio.

    Throughout the years, Ernesto Possi continued to contribute to the world of broadcasting and media production, leaving a lasting mark on the media industry in Argentina. His dedication and talent made him a highly regarded professional in the field of communication, and his story is a testament to the impact that an early passion can have on a successful career.

  • ENRIQUE ZAVALA ROCHA

    Born in Acámbaro, Guanajuato Mexico, Enrique Zavala Rocha immigrated to the United States at the age of 6 with his parents and younger sister. Having moved several times throughout his youth before settling in Rochester, MN, Enrique is familiar with the tremendous effort that it takes to find a sense of belonging and community in an unfamiliar place. Inspired by the impact that Latino role models and community programs had on his life, he embarked on a mission to connect individuals with Rochester’s community resources and organizations.

    ​Enrique and his family benefited by some of the same programs that are discussed on Latino Link Podcast. Programs such as Juntos, Pata de Perro Community Bike shop to name a few. Follow Latino Link Podcast as it tries to connect the the community together.
