What is HCBS

HCBS (Home and Community Based Services) connect adults 65+ and people with disabilities to trusted resources so they can live well at home and in their community. These services provide support for daily living needs and guidance from local providers in your language.

Is this for you or someone you know?

If you are looking for support with daily challenges, want to feel accompanied, and need access to trusted resources in your language, PEARLS and HCBS may be the right option.

A small step today can change how you feel tomorrow.
